The Family Use stage of the project will be suitable for families, including mini-riders, to enjoy together. Trails and circuits on private property could cater for non‐road registered vehicles and unlicensed riders as well as providing single trails. private property owners could develop circuits and trails on their own properties and make these available on a commercial basis, as pay‐per‐use facilities and/or a component part of an accommodation package.
